Biography
Aaron L. Bensinger has been actively practicing since 2005 and is licensed to practice in Ohio (Bar No.: 0086049) and California (Bar No.: 238033). Professionally, Mr. Bensinger limits his practice to the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, contractual disputes and corporate/business issues addressing both transactional and litigation matters. Aaron L. Bensinger handles a wide range of personal injury cases (car accidents, dog bites, wrongful death and premises liability). He has also dealt with litigation issues ranging from breach of contract, professional licensures, employment and intellectual property. In business and corporate law, Mr. Bensinger has advised start-ups, emerging enterprises, and established companies with contractual litigation, general litigation, compliance, employment issues and transactional matters.
Mr. Bensinger graduated from Westmont College with dual degrees in Biology and Business & Economics. He received his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. He is admitted to practice before Ohio Courts, California Courts, and various Federal Courts (including the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern District of California, and Northern District of California). Mr. Bensinger has been a past member of the Allen County Bar Association Executive Committee and currently sits as the Chairman of the Allen County Grievance Committee.
Mr. Bensinger lives in Elida, Ohio with his wife Cherilyn and three children.
