Aaron L. Bensinger has been an attorney since 2005 and is licensed to practice in Ohio (Bar No.: 0086049) and California (Bar No.: 238033). He limits his practice to the areas of real estate transactions, corporate law, and civil litigation in the foregoing areas. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Bensinger was a Senior Loan Officer facilitating residential real estate financing.
Mr. Bensinger graduated from Westmont College with dual degrees in Biology and Business & Economics. He received his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Ohio Courts, California Courts, and multiple Federal Courts (Northern District of Ohio, Eastern District of California, and Northern District of California). While in law school, Mr. Bensinger was an Associate Justice in the moot court program and coached a traveling team that competed in the Pace Environmental Moot Court Competition held in White Plains, New York.
Professionally Mr. Bensinger limits his practice to the areas of real estate, corporate, and business law addressing transaction and litigation matters. In real estate, he has extensive experience ranging from lending and acquisition transactions to real estate litigation. He has advised commercial projects with 1250 units to individual real estate closings. He has also dealt with litigation issues ranging from quiet title actions, boundary line disputes, liens, and foreclosures. In business and corporate law, Mr. Bensinger has advised start-ups, emerging enterprises, and established companies with contractual litigation, general litigation, and transactional matters.
Mr. Bensinger lives in Elida, Ohio with his wife Cherilyn and two daughters.
